The Alaskan Legislature and Governor Tony Knowles asked your permission to steal your dividend from you and your family. If they ask for permission, is it still stealing? Now the "Dividend Yes" people, Big oil and big money, tried to twist and distort and deceive what a "yes" vote means and what a "NO" Vote means. Bottom Line
It is that easy. As your kids would say a "No Brainer!" ![]() Alaskans have to say "enough is enough!" They must keep their hands off your PFD check. This is one item which is off the table. By voting NO you as Alaskans will be doing just that. Although it is too late to register to vote in this election, A form to register is here. If you will be out of town or moose hunting, please vote absentee. Effective August 30th You may vote Absentee at election offices. The future of your PFD check rests in your hands. This task can not be left up to your neighbor.
![]() In 2001, the "Balanced Budget Plan" caps the dividend at $1,340. The projected amount of your Permanent Fund Dividend is $1,856. This means that the State will take $516 of your dividend to pay for government. With this difference, the economic loss to Anchorage would be more than $100 million. Chugiak/EagIe River would lose almost $14 million. For the rest of the state please click here
OFF YOUR DIVIDEND! ![]() Read what the Permanent Fund Corporation says about this vote. The people who are on the vote yes campaign are not telling the truth. Especially See Question 6, and Pages 5 and 10 |
